Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 639jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 639jili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
639jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 639jili does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 639jili reserves the right to amend these minimums at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 639jili are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. 639jili reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if a Player is found to have abused the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play may have their bonus funds forfeited and their account suspended or permanently closed.

639jili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without 639jili's prior written consent.
639jili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 639jili will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 639jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 639jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall 639jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 639jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
639jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

639jili reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the 639jili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance prior to account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
